Top 5 shortest matches in SummerSlam history

4. The Ultimate Warrior vs. The Honky Tonk Man

At SummerSlam 1998, The Honky Tonk Man who came to the ring with Jimmy Hart was forced to defend his WWF Intercontinental Championship against Brutus Beefcake, but Beefcake was unable to wrestle due to a storyline injury he suffered a week ago.

He then sent out an open challenge which was answered by The Ultimate Warrior, and attacked The Honky Tonk Man before he was ready and pinned him in 31 seconds to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship.

This was the longest WWF Intercontinental Championship reign and it was ended with one of the shortest Intercontinental Championship matches in WWE history.
